Pre-loading Preparation:
Check the physical condition of XPE foam batches first, ensuring no surface scratches, deformation or packaging damage. Confirm that each package is labeled with product details (model, density, size, batch number). Clean the container interior to remove debris, moisture and oil stains. Verify loading tool forklift is in good condition and forklift operators are familiar with foam handling to avoid extrusion damage.

 

Scientific Loading Operation:
Place XPE foam rolls evenly at the container bottom, ensuring the center of gravity is balanced (no offset over 10cm from the container center). Stack layers vertically, with each layer’s total height controlled within 1.2m to prevent crushing lower foam. Reserve 5-10cm ventilation gaps between the top layer and container ceiling.

 

Loading Inspection & Documentation:
After loading, conduct a comprehensive inspection: check if foam is securely fixed, if labels are visible, and if the container door can be closed tightly. Take photos of the loading process (front, side, top views) and store them as shipping records. Complete shipping documents (packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading) accurately, clearly stating XPE foam specifications, quantity, net/gross weight and loading volume.

 

Container Sealing & Shipping Tracking:
Use lead seals with unique serial numbers for container sealing; record the serial number in shipping documents. Notify the logistics team of the container number, seal number and estimated departure time. Track the shipment in real time via the logistics system, and update the consignee on transportation progress (e.g., departure, arrival at transit ports) promptly. Provide emergency contact information to handle unexpected issues like container damage or delay.
